Out of Hours care is between 6pm and 8.30am, Monday to Friday and at weekends

If you require a doctor out of hours please telephone 028 71865195.

A receptionist in the emergency call centre will answer your call.

They will either:

1. Arrange for you to speak to a doctor or a nurse
2. Invite you to attend the centre to be seen by a doctor
3. Arrange a home visit if you are too ill to attend the centre

This service is provided by the Western Health and Social Services Board through Western Urgent Care. Details of all contacts you have with the service are downloaded to the practice each morning.

PATIENTS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THIS SERVICE IS FOR URGENT CARE ONLY

In the event of a serious medical emergency Dial 999 for the emergency services.
